Qian Leng focuses on low-carbon transition in energy and heavy industries in provinces such as Henan and Shandong. Before joining NRDC, she worked for Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP, Green World Solution and Climate Change Capital on GHG inventory, clean development mechanism, green finance, environmental information disclosure and ESG projects. Qian Leng holds a master’s degree in Mineral Processing Engineering from University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB), and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Peking University and another one in Environmental Engineering from USTB.
