Lijun Yue focuses on supporting China’s subnational energy transition. She has over 20 years of experience in the power and energy sector. Her expertise spans power industry transition, renewable energy policies, power markets, industrial electrification, and energy efficiency enhancement. Prior to joining NRDC, Lijun held roles in energy consulting firms and international organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Taiyuan University of Technology, China, and a master’s degree from the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden.
