Hyoung Mi Kim

Hyoung Mi Kim is a senior policy specialist on Energy Efficiency and Utilities. She works on policies, programs, and technologies related to power and transportation sectors—in particular, demand-side resources and electric vehicles. Prior to joining NRDC, she worked with the Korea Energy Economics Institute and UNDP Tumen Secretariat (based in Beijing) working on regional energy cooperation and energy sector capacity building projects mainly for Northeast Asian countries including China, DPRK, Mongolia, ROK, and Russia. She received a MPA/ID (Master of Public Administration/International Development) from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester.
