As a support to the China Power Sector Roundtable project, NRDC discussed with stakeholders to determine some key topics related to power sector reform, and worked with RAP to prepare series of framing papers on international experiences. The first batch of released papers are on electricity sector planning, renewable energy integration, electricity wholesale market, and governance and regulation respectively.
