With support from NRDC, China EV100 developed the EV-Grid Integration Capacity Building Guidebook (the Guidebook) in 2021 to introduce vehicle-grid integration (VGI) to automobile enterprises, charging service providers, and energy service companies. The Guidebook, released in March 2022, introduces the significance of VGI, software and hardware requirements for vehicle-charging pile-grid interaction, business models, best practices, and ways to motivate EV owners’ parcitipation in VGI projects.
