This book is co-authored by Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), American Bar Association (ABA) and Zhongnan University of Economics and Environmental Resources Law Institute. Based on the project cooperation, Zhongnan University of Economics and Environmental Resources Law Institute organized their research team to write three guidebooks for environmental law and practice. Apart from this book, the other two guidebooks are The Guidebook for Environmental Judicial Skills, The Guidebook for Environmental Law Enforcement. This environmental law research project is funded by NRDC and ABA.
