This report analyzes the key issues with regard to current greenhouse gas accounting for industrial parks such as the diversity in types of industrial parks, unclear boundaries, complexities in determining the emitting entities, and difficulty in data selection. The report systematically develops a methodological framework for the greenhouse gas accounting of industrial parks from the aspects of accounting entities, boundaries, scope, data, methods, etc. In doing so, this research provides a reference for standardizing and guiding the scientific and accurate accounting of greenhouse gases in industrial parks.
