This report was produced by the collaboration of team members from the Environmental Change Institute (ECI) and the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies (OIES), University of Oxford, under the guidance of NRDC, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai Electrical Apparatus Research Institute. The team worked together to undertake a quantitative follow-up analysis of DR potential in summer and winter in Shanghai, with new dataset made available by the pilots in Shanghai.
