On November 15, 2019, Jake Schmidt, Managing Director of NRDC’s International Program and Qian Jingjing, Senior Director of NRDC’s China Program, visited Lu Xinming, Deputy Director General of the Climate Change Department at the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. The two sides exchanged views on multilateral international climate processes, nature-based climate solutions, and policies and actions to address climate change.
