In October 2013, NRDC Special Counsel for Urban Solutions Kaid Benfield was named one of the Top 100 City Innovators Worldwide by Future Cities along with Bill Clinton, Michael Bloomberg, Bill Gates, and NRDC partners John Norquist, Peter Calthorpe, Carol Coletta, Bob Yaro and Fred Kent.
