NRDC cooperates with the Institute of Public and Environmental Affairs (IPE) to produce the Pollution Information Transparency Index (PITI) Report, an annual ranking of environmental information transparency in over 120 Chinese cities. NRDC also conducts workshops for government officials and other key stakeholders to disseminate local and international best practices in information disclosure, contributing to advancing legislations on environmental transparency and improving their effectiveness of implementation .
