Jieqing Zhang brings over 20 years of professional experience in environmental policy and governance at the national, regional, and global levels. Zhang has been deeply involved in international governance processes and the rules-setting negotiations of various international environmental conventions. Zhang has rich knowledge and deep insight on international environmental issues and strong coordination skills to bring different parties and stakeholders together for collaboration. By developing and implementing World Bank projects, GEF projects, and other international environmental projects, she is also knowledgeable about project management at the ground level. Zhang is based in NRDC's Beijing office.
