Mingming Liu works as a senior project manager with the Clean Power project to promote the low carbon transition of the China power sector, focusing on high-penetration renewable integration and scaling up demand-side resources. She also takes the lead in coordinating and organizing the Power Sector Roundtable projects. Before joining NRDC, she held a postdoctoral position at Tsinghua University and focused on energy and economic analysis and climate change. Mingming has a Ph.D. on management science and a master's degree on technical and economic management.
