Senior Advisor on Clean Power, NRDC China
Wanxing Wang has over 25 years of professional experience in the energy and environment fields. His work covers coal, energy efficiency, power system and renewable energy. Prior to joining NRDC, he worked with several international and Chinese institutions, including the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK, the China Coal Information Institute, the Energy Research Institute of the National Development Reform Commission, the United Nations Development Program, and the Energy Foundation China. He holds a PhD in geochemistry from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK.
