The development of comprehensive energy services, in particular for those businesses at industrial park-based incremental distribution networks (IP-IDN), has entered a new era along with China’s energy structure transition and grid company transformation. This research study provides an analysis of the industry development trends and problems faced. It also proposes recommendations for promoting the healthy development of comprehensive energy services for IP-IDNs, to further advance the green, efficient, and low-carbon use of energy and the integration of renewable energy.
