Law Enforcement Manual for National Park Management (Executive Summary)

The manual is a collaborative effort between NRDC and the Research Institute of Environmental Law of Wuhan University. China’s first five national parks were established in October 2021. The current management and law enforcement has been effective in preserving the authenticity and integrity of ecosystems. The manual provides practical solutions and suggestions for six types of  typical legal issues with case studies. The manual provided suggestions to address challenges in the construction, conservation, and management of national parks, which offers valuable insights for law enforcement and the development of the National Parks Law.
