In light of the current situation and characteristics of China’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), this report provides a series of policy recommendations for energy conservation and emission reduction in China’s SMEs, based on analyses of energy management policy in the country and abroad, findings of SME energy management pilot projects in Jiangsu Province, the necessity of energy management improvement, and energy conservation in the supply chain.
